Project Management • Business Operations
Talus Works provides project management and business operations support to architecture and design practices — the part of the practice built to hold what rises above it.
Alyssa Davis is a licensed architect and certified Project Management Professional with well over a decade inside architecture practice operations.
She spent several years as Director of Projects at a woman-owned practice with studios in Seattle and Tucson, second to the principal and responsible for the business end of the firm across commercial, public, industrial, and multifamily work, including HUD-approval projects. Earlier roles at architecture firms included office management, bookkeeping, and project coordination — first at an established Seattle practice, later joining a new firm at its launch to help build its financial systems and operational processes from formation onward.
Along the way she has spent roughly a decade mentoring project managers, coordinators, and interns on how a practice actually runs. Talus Works is where that work continues, independently.
Based in the Greater Seattle Area, working with firms locally and across California and New York.
